For many of us, the idea of getting a seat on a Ferrari would be exciting. Others, however, have so much money that they can’t be satisfied with a Ferrari from the factory. Be tough but, for them, Carlex has.

The Ferrari 812 GTS bespoke conversion by Carlex that is already a nice luxury vehicle and pumps it working on almost every side of the interior.

To achieve this, tuners have become external content. Seats, door cards and other parts of the car are finished with kudu leather. The ingredient comes from Kudu, a species of epilepsy found in East and South Africa. Carlex claims that the skin is considered durable because South Africa has made a shield mandatory to control the animal population and otherwise the skins will be damaged.

Even better, because the animal is wild, its skin is irreplaceably cut and stained, making each piece unique and giving it a vintage look. For use in this Ferrari, the leather has a warm, caramel shade that works well against the gray exterior of the car.

Elsewhere, Carlex chooses black leather details caramel interior, which comes from buffalo instead of cow or kudus. Above all, the interior also gets unique seams, laser-engraved motifs, and metallic badges. Meanwhile, all the plastic parts have been painted glossy black and the exterior has been decorated with decals designed to highlight the sporty character of the car.

And it’s sporty, really. Arguably, Carlex decided that Ferrari’s engineers had done a bang-up job and left the 6.5-liter V12 engine alone. This means that it still produces 789 hp (588 kW / 800 PS) at 8,500 rpm and 529 lb-ft (718 Nm) of torque at 7,000 rpm, which is high enough to distract you from the skin no matter how soft it is. Should be And it is unique.
