BMW hopes to expand its appeal by launching the new version ColorVision package for both 1-Series and 2-Series Gran Coupe models.
Currently announced for Europe, although we see that they are also being offered in other select markets, the 1-Series and 2-Series Green Coupe version colorvision packages are both based on the pre-existing M Sport model and come with distinct changes.
For example, BMW offers eight standard exterior shades or paint finishes ordered through BMW personal programs, including Frozen Gray Metallic. Special edition models are also available in one of the BMW M’s 50 colors, including Dakar Yellow, Daytona Violet and Macaw Blue.

Elsewhere, both models have a three-section lower air intake on the front apron, as well as a dark diffuser and new air outlets on the rear aprons. Striking 18-inch M light-alloy wheels with Y-spoke design are also designed. Customers can also order a version ColorVision package with BMW’s M 50 Jahre symbol. An M Sport suspension system also reduces ride height by 10 mm (0.39-inches).
Modifications to the two models continue in the cabin and include two-color Dakota leather trim available in black / magma red and black / white configurations. The interior also has an embroidered ‘Edition’ badge and an M leather steering wheel, M stainless steel paddles and a light package that adds ambient light and floor mats with unique piping. BMW has created an exclusive door seal cover strip for both models.
All versions of the 1-Series and 2-Series Gran Coupe can be configured with the ColorVision package. The package will be available to European customers from July 2022, but BMW has not yet confirmed the price of the package.
